Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
- Contact our Customer Support team at email@example.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Our Customer Support team will initiate the return process on your behalf.
- You will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on packaging the return.
- Winifred Mills covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
- Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the return package.
- Our team will arrange for Aramex to collect the shipment at a time convenient for you.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.
