Eligibility for Returns:

  1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  2. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
  3. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  2. Our Customer Support team will initiate the return process on your behalf.
  3. You will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on packaging the return.

Return Shipping:

  1. Winifred Mills covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
  2. Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the return package.
  3. Our team will arrange for Aramex to collect the shipment at a time convenient for you.

 Refund Process:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
  2. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
